PET ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the guests the following policies apply to pet’s stay.

1. Pet Charges and Inclusions

Non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for the next guest. If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply. We provide complimentary use of food and water bowl. Any extra item requested may incur in an extra charge.
Fee of €20 per pet per night in standard rooms; €100 per pet per night in suites and villas.

2. Acceptable Pets

The hotel welcomes all well-mannered dogs, cats, birds, and fish but:

• hotel management reserves the right to require room changes, removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the hotel’s sole discretion, the pet is considered
dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt hotel guests, has damaged hotel property, or for failure to abide by these policies;
• no more than two (2) pets may occupy a guestroom;
• each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges;
• pets shall have a maximum height of 60cm and less than 10kg. Should pet be above than 10kg pet owner required to provide more detailed information about the pet and its travel experience to be able
the Hotel allows exception on an individual basis;
• cats shall be limited to domestic or house cats. The pet is not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests;
• All pet vaccinations especially anti-rabies must be current and valid. The pet/s’ vaccination certificate must be presented to the Front Desk upon check-in;
• All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks.

3. Pet-Friendly Areas

Pets are allowed only in the following areas: room where the guest is registered, main lobby and outside of hotel area’s locations. Pets are not allowed in public areas where F&B is served or
consumed, Spa, Gym, Park Kidz and outside Pool areas. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided. Pet owners shall use only the entry and exit points in the main lobby as specified by the Hotel Management.

4. Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas

Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas, including the outdoor areas of the hotel.

5. Pet in Room Sign

Please place the Pet in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room.

6. Housekeeping

For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) your pet is caged.

Pet Friendly Rooms Pets are allowed in all categories of hotel rooms.
