Anassa can accept dogs up to 12kg with a deep cleaning charge of €100 for up to 7 nights and €200 above 7 nights
• The hotel doesn’t accept cats or any other animals
• Guest will have to sign a waiver form (attached)
• Guest accommodation cannot be in the main building-must be in the gardens: Garden Studio, Garden Studio with pool, Junior Suite, Junior Suite with pool, One Bedroom Suite with pool, Andromeda, Alexandros, Alcyone, Aether
• Dogs are not permitted in the public areas such as restaurants and pools.
PET ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT
1. Acceptable Dogs
The hotel welcomes all well-mannered dogs which are housebroken, vaccinated and not bigger than 12 kilos. The administration reserves the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
2. Dog Control / Containment in Public Areas
Dogs are allowed in the following areas: bedroom and terrace and at dogs’ playground by the spa. Dogs must be leashed, caged, or firmly held. Guest must have control of their dog at all times in order to avoid any altercations with other dogs or guests in the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.
3. Dog in Room Sign
Please place the Dog in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your dog is in your room.
4. Housekeeping
For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your dog is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your dog, or (c) your dog is caged. Housekeeping is not responsible for removal of dog waste from the rooms.
5. Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas
‘I will be responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by my dog’.
6. Release and Indemnification
‘I agree to release, defend, and indemnify Anassa and the General Manager from any and all claims or damages related to my dog or my dog’s stay at the Anassa, including any claims by third-parties.’
