Ice Cream Week in Limassol
This summer, Colors Café invites you to embark on a sweet journey through the flavors of Cyprus. As part of Ice Cream Week, the island’s beloved traditional desserts are given a fresh twist, transforming into signature culinary masterpieces.
The collection was inspired by iconic Cypriot treats. Under the guidance of Four Seasons Pastry Chef Dimitris Hadjiannis, the team has created original desserts that harmoniously blend local traditions with a modern take on the art of pastry making.
The menu features interpretations of classic flavors such as galaktoboureko, pastellakia, soujoukos, triantafyllo, karidakia, and tahinopita. The culinary experience is complemented by signature cocktails—What-a-melon and Commandaria Sour—created specifically for this summer event.
